About Becky
A practice shaped by curiosity and participation.
Becky Mulkern is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in New Hampshire with more than 44 years of experience in clinical practice and the holistic field.

02 / Introduction
Practitioner, teacher, writer, and lifelong learner.
Becky graduated as a Naturopathic Doctor from the International College of Natural Health Sciences in 1982 and earned a degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in 1992.
Her work joins natural-health practice with continued study, teaching, writing, and a deep interest in how people understand and participate in their own healing.
03 / Her path
Practice, learning, teaching, and writing inform one another.
Over more than four decades, Becky has continued to explore approaches across natural medicine and whole-person care. Learning feeds practice, and practice feeds the way she teaches and writes.
04 / Philosophy
Health is more than the absence of a symptom.
Body, mind, emotions, spirit, relationships, environment, and personal choices can all be part of the picture. Each path and pace is different.
Education and conscious choice help each person participate rather than simply receive instructions.
05 / Exploration
Curiosity belongs at the frontier of practice.
Becky’s work has grown through sustained study across disciplines, including natural medicine, body–mind approaches, Biofeedback, and Guided Self-Healing. New possibilities are considered in relationship to the person—not followed simply because they are new.
06 / Beyond the room
Writing and teaching extend the same central idea.
Becky has lectured, written for holistic publications, educated groups and individuals, and authored Life Is an Opportunity. The thread connecting those forms is participation: people can understand more about their lives and take an active role in health and healing.
