How I Work
The individual comes first.
There is no single program for every person. Understanding your experience and context comes before selecting any approach.
02 / Begin with context
No standard program for every person.
- 01Goals and questions
- 02Personal history
- 03Daily life and environment
- 04Stress and beliefs
- 05Your pace
These are parts of a fuller conversation. The initial phone call is for making an appointment and asking practical questions, not for detailed medical intake.
03 / Partnership
Two kinds of knowledge meet.
Experience, observation, education, and a broad toolkit.
Lived experience, questions, goals, and choices.
The work develops through participation and conversation, not practitioner authority alone.
04 / The center
Consultation and relationship are the core offer.
A modality may support the work, but it does not replace listening to and understanding the whole person.
05 / Considered toolkit
Examples, not a menu you must self-prescribe.
Learning & nourishment
Nutrition, education, and natural-remedy traditions.
Body & body–mind
Bodywork, relaxation, and body–mind approaches.
Technology-assisted
Biofeedback/PEMF and light-based examples.
Current availability and individual suitability are intentionally not asserted.
06 / Your choice
You do not need to choose first.
Ask about a modality if you wish, or begin with what you are experiencing and let the conversation explore what may fit.
